About our motto: A Ministry of Reconciliation and Restoration through Grace

And God requires an account of what is past. - Ecclesiastes 3:15

God created man with freewill.  This means that He has granted us a certain amount of latitude to keep our own "books" for a while.   At the end of the month your bank or credit union provides you with a statement of the various transactions that have taken place.  It is both possible that the bank has made mistakes and that we have made mistakes of our own.  We reconcile the account regularly so that can make wise decisions based upon the reality of our financial situation; rather than based upon a flawed, ficticious accounting of our sitution.

Thomas Merton said that "A man is not at peace with his fellow man because he is not at peace with himself; and he is not at peace with himself because he is not at peace with God". Evangelism is Reconciliation: God and mankind must be reconciled (one way or another) because of who God is.  This requires that we are honest enough to accept the reality of our situation and accept responsibility for the part of that reality that we have control over.  We have extensive resources to help you to be reconciled to God. Reconciliation Precedes Relationship: Man and his fellow man are not required to be reconciled.  However, any meaningful relationship requires that the parties be reconciled to the same set of facts as a basis for the relationship.  Without being "on the same page" relationships are difficult, at best.  We have extensive resources to help you to be reconciled with your parents, spouse, siblings, other relatives, friends and others. Reconciliation IS Self-help: A man does not necessarily have to be reconciled with himself.  However, such double-mindedness is exceedingly difficult to maintain for very long (probably by design).  We have extensive resources to help you to be reconciled to your true self. Problem-solving IS Reconciliation: Whenever you have a problem, you need to reconcile the reality of where you are with the potential of where you want to be.  This involves getting really honest about where you are and setting realistic expectations about where you want to be.  We have extensive resources to help you solve ANY problem in your life.

Restoration

Each of us is a mirror that - to some extent or no extent - reflects Christ.  Restoration is the process of cleaning the mirror of that which gets in the way of reflecting Him completely in us.

Grace

In order to understand grace, you must frist understand:

• Justice is getting what you deserve and not gettng what you don't deserve.
• Mercy is not getting a bad thing that you do deserve (as in punishment for a crime you committed).
• Grace is getting a good thing that you don't deserve.  Everything that we have was given to us: time, talent and treasure.  Undeserved gifts from God.

Our ultimate purpose is to praise the glory of God's grace.  His love is His relentless pursuit of that praise (even at the cost of Jesus' life).  Worship is the process of sacrificing anything that gets in the way of that praise on God's alter at the foot of the cross.  Don't hold back!  Praise God!~

1died4all Ltd. is a private, soon-to-be non-profit corporation that was established in May 2008 by Glen Smith at 518 Dana Hill Road, New Hampton NH 03256.  However, you will intentionally find very little on this site about the people of 1died4all because it is not about us - but it is all about the Person and Practices of Jesus.

There are 1,000 reasons every day why you should not pay any attention to anything that any of us say.  But there is only one reason why you should pay attention to anything we do, say or have on this site; and that is who we are following.  We, like you, are nothing more nor less than helpless, hell-bound sinners seeking the face of God and throwing ourselves upon His grace.

Our vision of a new organization dedicated to Christian Ministry, Products and Services is being realized as a Ministry of Reconciliation and Restoration through Grace, called 1died4all.
